what are the crimes you can get bail with
compared to the ones you can't.
I have no clue but I know the first thing your Laywer is going to do is get bail for you.
That is a given.
you're probably correct, but I think after all the press about this bust, the nature of the crimes, it doesn't do much of anything to have most of them back on the street in days.

The bad guys, and their lawyers, know we don't have the jail space to hold everyone that we should.
So we set bail to low to get them out.

Out on bail just long enough to go murder the ones who ratted them out and/or witnesses. I mean, what more do they have to lose?

Exactly, if you killed one person you might as well kill a hundred. a life sentence is 25 years and unlike the states, you serve all your life sentences at the same time.
