Looks great sounds great and like all the other ea games its a unfinished piece of crap.
Why does it never dawn on ea that it better to wait tell they have all the bugs worked out then annoy the hell out of us waiting for 7 to 15 updates just so we can play the game correctly.
ID/ubsoft and lord knows how many other companies do this but ea does the same thing ever time.
Hope this is another command and conquer where you had 15 updates and it still stutter like crazy on certain levels...lol.

Have this game on both my desktop and laptop... runs great on both, no issues or bugs that i've seen yet. The NFS series isn't my favorite racing game but it's still fun nonetheless.
I rented it for the 360. I think its pretty fun. No bugs so far the only thing i notice is the framerate isnt as smooth as it should be but other than that its pretty good.
I am waiting for the 360 demo, before I jump on it.

ProStreet was horrible. So I am not expecting anything exciting on this one

Its better then some of the others but has load screen issues on some system, frame rate issues for others.
Not to mention the ai is incomplete to the point if you outsmart cops they teleport in.
Prostreet was crap, carbon was crap, underground 1 and 2 were crap , but i liked most wanted and this one feels like most wanted.

I have no idea if some people have the issues you describe in terms of load screens and frame rates.. possible I suppose, but honestly.. my rig is ancient by gaming standards.. A64 3700+ with 2 gigs of ram and a 7800gtxoc. Not exactly Crysis worthy, but I play this game with everything on high, at 1680*1050 with barely a hickup.. so on a recent system I can't see framerates being an issue.. maybe I am just lucky. :)
But the AI is actually quite good IMO.. and after about 10 hours of play, and countless races.. I have never once witnessed the cops "teleport" in.. once I lose them, they are gone. If that changes, I shall let you know.. but so far, so good. :)

The games got major major issues and its hardly a secret its being reported all over.
Lossing of car control during speech.
Parts or cars being a inch off the car itself.
Cops teleporting in to get around the ai which is dumber then a post.
Load screen lockups.
Car suddenly loosing all power.
And so on.
Ea is getting it privates roasted over the cools for slapping new crap on the last two games and calling it a whole new game.
These exact issues where the same ones reported the last few times out.
And trust me you seen the teloporting cops as you rader shows where the cops are and poof suddenly theirs a cop where he wasn't before.
Hell is shocking clear in the construction site heist where your driving down the highway and suddenly a cop car appears smack in front of you out of the blue.

Thats just one review since nearly everyone one hates it.
Best put this way.
For fans of: Bad acting, shoddy graphics, and downloading patches.
Not for: Hardcore race-sim enthusiasts. This will not present a challenge for you!
EA does what they always do rush the game out for the bottom quarter and ignore finishing the game.
Havnt had any of those issues on the 360 version. Still a fun game. And whats wrong with bad acting? sometimes it makes it more fun like in the command and conquer series.

Not trying to argue about it. :) It is just a game after all. If you don't like it, that is fine. But honestly, not one of those issues for me.. no problem with loading, graphics or teleports.. no problem with car losing power.. nada. I have no idea why.

Likely the older system has better support since its been around for the other games.
EA has always been terrible when it comes to support of new or semi new hardware.
