Well, that day we all dread came upon me on Wed. Dec. 3rd. I said goodbye to my Ma. It was unexpected as she had fooled the Doc's before. The added complication of pneumonia was to much this time. A fighter to the end, Meg is a inspiration. douglas...

so sorry to hear of your loss dzn.
I know how you must be feeling right now.
So no Merry xmas for you and your family.
All these sad things seem to happen around Xmas time.
It is hard knowing that you just cannot speak to them when you want to.
They say time heals the pain ?
Chin up.
She sounds as if she was a fighter. May she rest in Peace.

Thank you for your words folks. I think I can safely say that a large majority of this community have lost loved ones. Laughter is the best medicine, and am feeling better knowing that most of our extended family and friends understand that, while sharing there memories at this time. Man, she was a cheeky, sly old fox.

My condolences. It sounds as if your memories will bring on a lot more smiles than tears, and time will help.
