They did'nt make a P4 dual core!!!!

i guess your talking about this
::Intel® Pentium® 4 processor at 3.00 GHz Duel core over clocked to 4 GHz
::

i'll make the corections on the page
so i guess it's a 3 gig duel core then

just fixed it

The P4 had Hyper-threading which made it work as 2 logical cpu's on a single core.

yes
my computer before this one was that
this one is a real Duel core
fast as hell
and as far as the over clocking is now because of the water kooling
it's extream fast

and thanks for pointing out my mistake

No problem. Yeah the P4 2.8 and up had Hyper-threading. No doubt about it, the Intel dual cores are FAST.

nice setup but I still don't like the idea of water and electricity so close together

cool looking setup Deano.
wish I had the bearings to try something like that :)

How much all this cost you?

How much all this cost you?

that's a hard to say

if your just talking the water kooling
it was done in two builds
i first bought a zalmon system
then bought the extra rad and a couple more pumps and stuff
so the water kooling costs so far i guess around 1600.00
then the rest of the computer
i guess it's all worth about 38 to 4000.00
i should crunch some numbers
and see what it would cost me all at once
if i bought all the parts the same day

the water stuff might sound like a waste of money
but it's kool
very stable
temps stay the same no matter what your doing

i did have a small fire in it tonight
that knock two of the presure pumps out
but fixed
bad mulex plug
it's rocking again

most of the water stuff came from

How did you get the coolant so solid green looking?
I have blue in mine but it's semi clear.

I am using UV Reactive Pentosin G11 Coolant Additive (Blue) with a neon fan lit inside.
in those pics the fluid looks green , but not under UV lite
i have an interesting problom
i too have UV reactive fluid
and 4 good UV lites , new
all the hose but 1 peice 6 inches long glow white , not green
it's clear hose
but there's somthing in the hose that's reacting wrong with the UV fluid
the peice that is glowing green is another brand from when i ran out
the canadian tire stuff glows off wite
the home depot hose glows green like it should
i may re pipe the whole thing with hose from koollance
so it glows right
just a pain in the ass to have this problem
after the build
awwwwwwwwwwwww

Woah, $1600 just for the water cooling equipmemt?

yes
i went the wrong way
first i bought a zalmon system
then did a bunch of stuff to it

if i was to do it all over
i would build my own reservoir and stuff
would have cost half what it did

this is faster

my board can take a quad
so i can add it anytime

which would put you way of the cost of a xeon quad system.
;)
