How Do I Get my XP Icons back to normal? *PIC*

i just uninstalled this "Icon Set" i had on....

and now im stuck with this?

And i cant Right click, on them

Try using a different theme. It sounds like you deleted the icons for the theme you are currently using.

If you want to continue to use the current theme, you may need to reinstall windows

try this..rightclick anywhere on your desktop..then properties,then desktop tab,then customize desktop near the bottom and checkmark or see if they are checkmarked if not..checkmark them all..then click done

Reinstall windows just to get your original icons is a little drastic. You can use a tool like IconTweaker and adjust the icons from shell32.dll

well, Thanks for all the help!

But i ended up just DL'ing "Style XP" and DL'ing some Icons Packs/Themes....

Worked Great!
