Free beer in Toronto

Red Flag says "free", but the Virgin radio site just says "pick-up your passport".

I'm think you have to pay for it, but they WILL not say so on the last site.

I thought it was illegal to serve free alcohol in Ontario. The casinos in Ontario have big signs saying something to that effect. Maybe this is OK since they're just "samples".

My guess, and it's just that, that the Passport fee, if there is one, goes to charity.

That would be a way out for them.
