I waited so long for Maple Leaf All Beef Hot Dogs to get back on the shelves, bought some the other day, and now they are going back as part of the recall. Already had some but I boil and then broil the heck out of them, so no worry.

Maple Leaf had stated they now have the highest standards in the industry after that last terrifying affair with Listeria. If that is the highest then watch out for the rest!

Costco has a really nice all beef wiener, don't recall if it's their own brand name, I bought some in the spring. Worth a try.

I hope the recalls are just paranoia on their part, if they don't sort this out soon there won't be much left of the company.
