Anyone have any basil they need to use from their garden? Yummy, try this!
Lemon-Basil Dressing
1 pint sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 large handful basil leaves (about half a cup, packed)
juice of two lemons
2 large cloves garlic
This is yummy on baked or bbq'd potatoes I imagine it would be good on baked salmon as well or in a fresh garden salad.
