xbox repairs

got a red light contact repair message I need to get sons xbox repaired asap as he will drive me nuts on off of my computer. does anyone know a reliable repair service for xbox ( i dont really want to send it to microsoft for service.

does it give you an error message with a # in the top corner ?

Any idea of what happened before the error came up?

Is the eject button a solid red, does your son play on xbox live ?

and lastly I assume the system is unmodded ?
