Aministrator Password

I have a problem with my computer because I get an error code 1073741482 and I cannot get my malware scanner to work....cant get Housecall to work and cant download programs like adaware.


I tried to boot in safe mode and my computer asks me for an administrator password. I never set a password and it will not let me into safe mode.

Is there a way around this or can I find if there is a password set?

Have you tried just hitting enter and leave the password field blank? Secondly, Adaware is highly outdated as is spybot. Malwarebytes is about the best going these days if updated even after a fresh download. Try downloading that and running it and see how things go. http://www.malwarebytes.org/

I tried all the above. Does anyone know a good computer rech near Bayview and Steeles?
