Maybe that 1 in every 300 or so MPs get fatal skin cancer?

Cadman mourned as a 'most extraordinary ordinary man' (http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/2005/07/16/cadman-050716.html)
In a previous interview Jodi Cadman said she believes her father's commitment to individual action will be his legacy,
"One person can make a difference, one vote can make a difference."
People who decide to not get out and vote because they think it won't matter should remember Cadman when the next election rolls around and perhaps reconsider. He's proof one vote does matter.

R.I.P. Mr. Cadman :(
To me, Cadman represented everything an MP should be - that is, a true representative of his constituents wishes above that of 'party lines'.
I saw a brief bio of him on CBC and I wasn't aware of just how much this man had done for his fellow Canadians.
He will be missed, and I hope all MP's pay attention to Cadman's approach of 'serving the public' first, and follow the example he has set.

When we started paying more then an honorarium, it was to make people like him the rule, rather then the exception.
Attract the best and brightest it was said.
It turned out to be not unlike blood in the water for the circling lawyers.
