how do I get rid of this stupid program, I have uninstalled it and it keeps coming back on its own, what do I do?

I just got rid of it by doing a search for Winfixer, including hidden files, and deleted them all. There is another thread on the board with some solutions that didn't work for me, but you could check it out.
