After Long consideration :nnk: , I have completely reworked my computer designs, do to a change of heart, and many suggestions.

Both monitors are 500:1 contrast and 8ms response time. Becomes your choice for sizing. Personally I'd go with the 19". If you have the extra few bucks, though, I'd choose a monitor with a higher contrast ration ... like 600:1 or higher.

The 19" only has a pixel pitch of .294. You might find that annoying if you use the computer a lot. The lower the number, the easier it will be on your eyes.

My old 21" CRTs are .21

Why are you going with an ATA hard drive? It will be a bottleneck in your system, get an SATA instead.

LCD monitors are limited in their resolution.
For a gaming rig like this I would go with a large CRT monitor, especially with prices being so low.

I fixed the hard drive that was a mistake, I clciked the wrong add to cart button on tigerdirect, also I forgot to list the price, which is about 3K but that will change depending on my next poll and this one.
