Error message rec'd last 2 days - please help

Following error message has shown up Friday and Saturday.

Error loading C:\program files\common files\paretologic\uus2\uus.dll%1 is not a valid win32 application.

Could you please advise me in very simple terminology what this is and how to get rid of it? Or just how to get rid of it is fine.

I tried to do a search on google and came up with a ton of things, which left me completely lost.

Your expertise as usual is greatly appreciated.

This comes from a program called Paretologic. Do you still have that installed? If not follow this link's recommendation to download a Microsoft tool to get rid of that start up entry:

Thank you so much for your response.

I have deleted the paretologic files that autorun displayed.

I will watch my system today and tomorrow and hopefully this will have cleared up my problem.
