It seems that I was infected with MSA.EXE.
My Rogers scan did not pick it up....I scanned with housecall and it picked it up an removed it.
The next time I booted up I scanned again and House call picked it up again. How do I get rid of it?

Turn off Windows Restore, rescan, dis-infect, reboot.
What are you using? XP, Vista, 7?

One of the most common causes of reinfection is the user not disabling the Windows System Restore function.

What happens is that, if System Restore is on then it is quite likely that the infection will simply restore itself after a reboot.
You need to turn off System Restore, run your scan to remove the virus/whatever, then reboot after it is removed.
If that worked and the virus/infection is gone on reboot and a rescan, then turn System Restore back on.
