I heard something about it awhile back . If I recall some people said that it works while there were some that said so so about it . If your interested in it ? Try it out and share your result . What did it cost you ?

Mine's not from the net. I got it from a health store here and in liquid form.
I would never buy this stuff from the net.

who is supervising the health store??
All those mineral, herbs, liquid or any part of fruit or veggy: are like medicine. you have to know the right amount to take. I don't believe any thing that's advertised, everybody is for the money.

That's the way I feel, I'm not cutting you, you do what ever you want, but if you were my son, I will really let you know what I think about this..:)

The store is called Sangster's.
The bottle lists the ingrediants as well. Also has the nutrition facts list too.

I think I had a better sleep last night than I have in quite awhile since I started this stuff.
I just put my bottle in the fridge.

Seems the store is part of a chain.

Like any "nutritional supplement", do your due diligence.

Acai Berry is very high in anti-oxidants .. this is a good thing.

It is also high in fibre - that is why the reports of weight loss as, just like eating Bran Flakes or hi-fibre breads, it helps clean the digestive system.

Because of the sweetness, etc., many feel a loss of appetite, therefore, again, weight loss.

Is it harmful? Only if you are allergic to Acai Berry. So try just a bit first and wait and see. If you have any gastro-intestinal challenges you should also just sample it first then keep a close eye on your condition if you start taking it. Should be OK, but you never know.

LOL - don't buy online .. way too many scams out there and one of the most popular Spam emails I get. We have plenty of legitimate health food stores around. It is a big MLM sales item also, so be careful where you buy it from. It is popular so you shouldn't have to pay a fortune for it.

Treat nutritional supplements like medicine. Mixing natural supplements with prescription medication could have side effects. Also, many times people are already taking plenty of supplements and adding more can do more harm than good. Your body does not always eliminate what is too much of certain things.
