Random crashed to Bluescreen

Hello..
I keep getting these random bluescreen crashes on reboot..
It's a System_Service_exception bluescreen
Here is the error message it tells me once i'm rebooted..
Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it..

Did you click on the Check for solutions button?

There isn't much info to go about on your screen shots as there's a scroll down menu.

Maybe you can post the contents of the dump file it refers to.

70 % of blue screens are caused by hardware issues. ensure that all drivers are up to date and are compatible with win 7 then try run some bench marks to test specfic hardware then if the BSOD'd become more promanent. Then you could look at takeing out that hardware and see if the blue screens stop. another option is taking a look inside the event viewer (type eventvwr.msc in the search box) and under the windows logs and system logs look for errors and try posting them here or even googleing.

PS by the looks or thing there might be a service problem try turning off some services and without you providing more info (like when the blue screening happens or when it does not and if a certain program has to be started before problem happens) we cant really help you.

Thanks for replying guys and sorry for the delay..
I have since reformatted and all is well again..
I was thinking it was related to Nero 9..
I bought it and tried to install it back then and it would not install for some reason and directed me to get the proper version from it's website so I did that..
I'm pretty sure it was playing around, even though I entered my key..and followed instructions..
Anyone else using Nero 9 with Win 7-64bit?
