Do you any site building experience, at all?
I ask, because what you are requesting involves graphics, forms, e-commerce, etc.
Building such a site is not like making a Word document.
There are templates available, from many places, but website knowledge is required to edit and complete what you need.
The integrated shopping cart will be the most difficult if doing this manually. The only half decent free one around I'm told is OSCommerce. I've tested out CubeCart which is also free, the install is easier but feautres are limited.
Yep, osCommerce would be the way to go. :)
osCommerce is good I hear, and, a few guys I've worked with highly recommend this if you're working in dreamweaver, the license is cheap, and is unlimited.

osCommerce may be available to you at your webhost if they use cPanel and Fantastico. We have it available on our servers, and I would presume, most Linux-based hosts running cPanel will also.

Comic Book Tees .... interesting. But you should integrate PayPal into the website for ordering. You can create and place a PayPal credit card button, on the PayPal site, to insert the code into your page(s) beside/under each T-Shirt. One for each, different code.

Not a problem...:hst:
u know, originally i was gonna promote myself as a site designer but if you want to setup yoursite yourself and gain very useful knowledge go to www.hotscripts.com (http://www.hotscripts.com) it has a php section and paypal section, some of the free scripts allow you to setup a template system with prices and ordering system which are automatically payed to your paypal account and a notice emailed to yourself saying where to ship the product, ofcourse you do need basic html knowledge (i suggest you buy dreamweaver, or get the 30 day trail)
p.s. make the shirts and take pictures of them, the mspaint stuff you have going isn't gonna get you any business:/ (plz dont take this harshly but i'd prefer you make some money on the net)
