Windows 7 Backup Tools Missing

I can't find the Windows backup tools in the files. I think they are in the Windows restore section but no "Backup" exists there. Also in Windows restore two C drives are shown. The first shows Local drive "c" system ready to restore while the second shows Local drive "c" The drive cannot be found. I have Windows 7 Pro installed.

Windows backup is located in the control panel under "System & Security" .... sorry I can't help with your "C" drive problem.
