Runtime error has occurred ..........

After reformatting last night, I keep getting this eror while visiting some sites. "A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug. Line 7 Syntax error" I redone all the updates. It's only on some sites. I've googled it but can't find a solution for "line 7". Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

EDIT: FORGET IT. I FOUND OUT HOW TO TURN THE POP UPS OFF FROM INTERNET OPTIONS.
