It appears to be a trojan, however what is making you ask this question? According to this http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=44113&st=20 Malware Bytes was incorrectly detecting this, but was a false positive. The post was started yesterday, so it appears to have started after a recent update.
