John Olenrud

A few weeks ago close to the end of the baseball season I went to see the Jays play Boston. John Olenrud played for the Soxs. I thought I saw him play for the Soxs against NYY just a week ago, yet today who do I see playing for the NYY today .... John Olenrud.

How in the H did he get to play for New York? I thought the final trading date was a while ago. Are there 2 John Olenruds? Is my mind going as well as my eyes?

Help me get this straight!

LOL.. the game they showed tonight was a repeat from last year when the Yanks were playing the Twins in the playoffs. ;) He DID play for the Yanks then.

P.S. It is OLERUD BTW. :)

I couldn't believe Pat Borders played for the Seattle Mariners this season. He's old but I heard he has like 6 kids so I guess he needs the coin.

LOL yeah, and Pat Borders could have done a better job as backup for the Jays than Ken Huckaby.. holy moly that guy can't hit a beachball. lol.
