Can I overclock this board? It has a Intel 2.80GHz duo processer with 4gig 1066 Patiot dual DDR2 ram and a Nvidia 250 pci-e vidio card. The case has 3 exta cooling fans. The M.B has a program to overclock system but I have not installed this because I have no clue what is involved or if it is worth the trouble.
