If Jillybean is anything like me, she is after a recipe that people here have actually done and it turned out perfect. Sure there are tons of recipes out there, but I want recipes that come recommended from someone, not just any ole recipe. Its a preference thing I guess. Sorry I dont have one Jillybean as I have never cooked duck before but I am sure someone will have something.

Yah i did find one on google but exactly like mander said - I want one that I can trust. I trust the opinion of the TCM'ers :)

Might want to send Ken_ver_1_5 (http://www.thecomputermechanics.com/forums/member.php?u=29) a PM. He just did one today in the slow cooker. He is a man that loves his food and knows how to cook.
