All of a sudden my yahoo toolbar has beome imcompatible in FF. What toolbar can I use. This is strange as I could use it yesterday.....Also when I want to add personas, extensions etc. there is a login function. Could change my extensions/plugins etc without logging in before. Can somebody help me with this or I will have to use IE...which I really don't want to do. Any help appreciated !!

Since you posted this in the Linux forum, which Distribution are you using and what version of same? In either scenario I would suggest scrapping FF (after saving your Bookmarks) and re-installing sans Yahoo anything.

Sorry if I posted in the wrong Forum, didn't know where to put it...............
I'm using windows 7 Home Premium - 32bit and 64bit, IE 9, FF 9.0.1, and I have Rogers Yahoo email accounts. I did a clean re-install of FF (lot of work to put everything in place again, and yes I saved the bookmarks as html, and imported them back in again), and got a Yahoo toolbar that seems to be compatible with this version. It's just strange that it all of a sudden was incompatible. I could see it if I had installed another version of FF, but I didn't.
The second question about signing in for add-ons etc. does anybody know about this?
Thanks for the reply !

It says version 10 which explains everything, why all the add-ons changed. I usually have this set to advise me, but somehow it got changed to auto update. So I already have version 10 of FF. This is the one thing in FF that I don't like as newer version come out your add-ons don't work. Toolbars don't work...some programs/or part of programs don't work, and you have to start all over looking for what is compatible..:grr:
