That aside, it was a BAD design decision to make the finish of the iPods so fragile, and they should address the issue of Nanos sold already and change the finish going forward.

By the way, it's not a quality control problem...it's a design flaw. :hst:
They have to stop ripping people off, that's really what they have to do if anything.

How can a design decision to make something look shiny to the point of fragility be "a rip off". A design flaw? Yes. An intentional ripoff? Don't think so.
