"View as web page"

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has a sec to let me know how to get the "view as web page" option in explorer using Windows XP prof.
I like that view fom win 98 so I can see my gifs and jpegs without having to right click and choose preview, but I dont see the option in XP?

In my pictures click "view" then click thumbnails.

Oh, yes..now I can see them, duh..sorry, I suppose thought it would show the same way Win98 did, where you can jus run your mouse over them and it shows to the left corner of the right pane, but this view mode works too.
