nero.
dvd's.
benq.sony,Verbatim .ridata or Memorex .
duel media is still rare and costly though.
futureshop has some dynex duel

I have used Verbatim, and swear by them. I have also used memorex and they were ok.

For the software side I use Dvd Shrink: Dvd Shrink (http://www.dvdr-digest.com/software/software.php?file=dvdshrink)
For the media try using: Memorex
For the hardware: The Lg all in one Dual air flow bunner.
