error message

missing dsound.dll or netapi32.dll. I loaded up a new program but it won't run because this error message keeps coming up. I downloaded DiurectX and I'm running 98se, Soundblaster, Athlon 850 etc...need more info?
Just for the record I've contacted the company but have had no response as of yet..I'm hoping this site will be of more help which it has in the past.

already went to that site...I need to download those dll's and install them as far as i can tell. I searched Microsoft support and found little that related to wdws 98se and this problem. The program I installed is called Digital Logger..My wife is a news paper reporter and I want to get rid of the tape recorder on the desk it seems so archaic by todays standards.

Update: The company I purchased the software from, www.digital-logger.com (http://www.digital-logger.com) actually wrote me right back sending a different .exe file and all is well..I'm shocked that someoe at there support was so quick...I'm impressed..! I have to say!:tti:
