Finally got to laser (new version of tape) this yesterday, and watched it last night. (Damn CSI re-run.)

Visually beautiful, other-worldly talents in the martial arts, and an underlying message of the State ("Our Land") before the individual.

Any other comments?

i liked it, i just wouldnt buy it, cuz im not a fan of subtitles

I thought it was visually great, had a good story but was very boring. The fights were some of the most boring i have ever seen.

House of flying daggers is better.
