I'm re-installing windows 2k on my computer and I was wondering do I need to install all the service packs or just the latest ones.

Windows service packs are cumulative, meaning each one contains all the previous fixes including new ones, so you only need to apply the latest, which for Windows 2000 is service pack 4, then the SP4 rollup and any additional windows updates.
