I see this on many boards now. There is a "my posts" button when you log on and you can list all of your posts. TCM should adopt this. It shouldn't be too difficult to implement.

I've seen that morkys and agree that it's a nice feature, something for them to plan for a later VB update possibly. I'm sure that they have a lot on their plate at the moment though.

Ok, I guess I need to be more specific. I know that feature mentioned above exists, but you have to look for it. I'm talking about forums where the "my posts" link is right there on the first page. In order for someone to do the above, you have to find yourself in a thread. Thats kind of a lot more work. I've just been using the search button, but you have to first expand it, then choose "advanced search" and then type your user name in. Some websites avoid all this and simply have a "my posts" link right on the first page of the forum.

On this board I've turned the subscription feature on and access the subscribed threads through the "User CP" option.
It also works great when I want to follow a technical thread that I don't actually participate in and subscribe to it through the "Thread Tools" option.
If you do use it don't forget to go in and prune occassionally.

That's something that may or may not be a feature of a Powered by: vBulletin message board.
Can you look at those other boards and see what software they use (and version).
It's right at the bottom of the page ;)

Subscribing to threads is an option I'll look into.

A MY POSTS option for this forum is no different than the MY ADS feature of the TCM for sale section.
Can we get this?
