retrieving dll

I am missing some dll files and was wondering if I can retrieve them using windows update or a dll site? is it an easy process or? I am missing- iecont.dll,iecontl.dll and ieuinit.inf :ntm:

should be abel to get them from the windows cd.
Run system file checker have your windows cd handy.
