I saw an advertising for a camera, where "open box" is mentioned beside the name, what is open box?

probably was returned to the store for some reason. They just put it in a new box. Was it FutureShop by chance?

no, Henry`s, they advetised a konica minolta dimage z5 "open box" for $199.99, the sale is for 5 days (only), but when I phoned today, they said they are all sold out, I bet they had only 2 in stock.
