Free Server?

My friend is looking for a Free server PHP/BB (i think) to host a forum. He had a server before hosted by a friend. Something happened and he is no longer able to host the forum. So Im wondering if anybody knows of somewhere my friend can go to get his forum back up? its a FPS Game forum.
