I started with an empty pit.
the tree with green apples gets a major hair cut for next season
Our Cold Cellar is full of the good eating ones.

Nice crop. Don't forget to add an apple thrasher to the list, to pulp the apples before they go into the press.I remeber spending hours in the garage running them through our homemade thrasher (there was nothing on the market that would do the job to my dad's satisfaction.) We used to make about 150 gallons a year, getting about 2 gallons per bushel of apples. Have fun.
