Trying to display picture inside message

I seem to be having trouble inserting a picture into my message. Any ideas?

the size of that picture is very large, try resizing it to 640x480

Have resized picture down to 640X480. Size is about 65K. Still at same server. Trying things one at a time.

your geocities server is down and will be for a while.
First, you've posted the picture above twice and it'll try to load it until it's removed, so edit your posts and delete what you've posted.
Then try to upload to image shack and post the link they give you.
They are a free service.
