Any recommendations for a decent inexpensive digital camera? (christmas gift for teenager):)

A Canon A400 at $200. gives excellent results. But with any digital camera you should add $50. for a 256mb memory card, and $35. for 4 rechargeable batteries and charger.

My budget is tight so $200 is the max for me.

A400 gets my vote too.
