EU Microsoft case goes to higher court

Microsoft’s EU antitrust appeal will not be heard by the judge who has run the case up until now.
The case has been taken over by Bo Vesterdorf, the president of the Court of First Instance (CFI), who will head up a panel of 13 judges.
