Anyone ever hear of this site or ever used it? I'm just looking for people opinion on this site or to know if this site is legit or not.

Yeah it's legal. You can transfer your lease to another name. The companies don't care, as long as they are getting paid they don't care who's name is on the bill.

It is legit. I know someone who used it because he had to get rid of his car. It was cheaper through leasebusters.com.

Hmmm, I would think that taking over a lease means you assume responsibility for any damages, repairs, etc. The car could look fine, but it might be worth contacting the leasing company and asking to have the car inspected before you assume that risk. Just a thought.

I would highly suggest you stay FAR away from that company MOST of the cars that are brought in were previously damaged and or never cared for, I used to work with them and I watched damaged cars come in that were in a state of repair/or already repaired

That would imply a dumping ground so I guess as with all things Caveat Emptor. I'm sure that all their trades aren't such.
Personaly, I would suggest reading the local classifieds or taking an ad out if you're looking to sell a lease.

No not all were like that but a majority of them were... most of the cars that go there were ones they couldn't sell on the lot, didn't have room or didn't want.... why would a dealer dump a $30,000 off lease car with low mileage to another company for a loss unless they don't mind a loss and/or knew something was wrong with it

My cousin did some work for them too. A lot of the cars a listed becuase people get stuck with a lease they can't pay, their financial situation changes, or sometimes it was people who got a promotion and now get a bigger car allowance so want to upgrade their vehicle.
Just make sure you have the car inspected before doing anything.
