Rogers H.S connection
I recall when coming across a picture that I liked I could right click and had the option to use as background.
Now all I get is the choice to magnify or decrease.
Am I wrong? and if so would someone please advise

Capturing an Image in Internet Explorer

- Open your Web browser and find a graphic on a Web site that you want to use as your background.
- Right-click the graphic, and then click Set as Background.
- View your desktop to see the graphic displayed
