Moto Razr Software??

I just got the Silver Motorola Razr (FIDO is my Company) I have the usb cable hooked it up to my comp but i need drivers/software. I would like to transfer MP3s to my Phone etc.

Ok here's the problem. I downloaded P2K Phone file Manger, and I have a small mp3 213KB and I put it in the Audio & Vavr section of my phone even clicked the "Update RingTones" button and when i go to change my ring tones I dod not see the song that I uploaded to my cell there??

Does anybody know what to do??

You need the motorola phone tools, I think they sell it for $50.00 or you may be able to find it from some 'alternative' sources.
