Good afternoon Swordy and TCM! We did have rain this morning but, not enough...I'd say a little is better than none but,now it's so humid that I'm wondering if it was worth it!

Good afternoon all !

Just went outside for the first time today - maybe the last ... LOL
Holy Sauna Batman - that's &^%$* hot out there!:nny:

Almost burned my fingers on the supermail box door :D

Not looking forward to taking the airconditioner out tomorrow while they replace our windows. But, it needs to be done. How ironic, during the hottest weather we have ever had, and we are replacing windows so that we can be warm in winter :p

Wahoo ... thunderboomers just rolled through town .... UPS beeping every few minutes. No rain though ... all bark and no bite :D

This one appeared right over Barrie, and looking at the radar we could probably expect afew more to pop-up in this heat and humidity.

thank Alla for the root cellar (long story) but basements and cool cellars come in handy in many ways .. it started with caves that still had ice in them in the middle of summer .. have an ice cave 20min away (Niagara escarpment)

It's dark here, has been for about an hour, I've heard thunder twice, but as of yet, none of the wet stuff. I'm hoping it will rain at least a little, the lawn treatment of the day calls for watering, that would do the trick.

Please rain. :)

We got a good downpour, and it dropped 10 degrees, but now feels hotter due to humidity ... like a sauna out there.
