How do I uninstall Windows Media Player v.9.0 from Windows ME?
Option not available in add remove programs

I believe that it is integrated into WinMe. Why do you want to remove it?

If you want to remove Media Player and you’re willing to pay for the privilege, visit here (http://www.litepc.com/) (or dig out your copy of PCA140) and pay US$20 for XPlite. You can remove all traces of Windows Media Player (and other Windows components too) with this utility.
Keep in mind, though, that you playing with "Mother Nature" if using 3rd party software with Windows OS.

Take a look also at this thread (http://www.thecomputermechanics.com/forums/showthread.php?p=4652#post4652) just posted earlier by BlueVertigo. Lots of things to consider if removing a Windows component.

Uninstall Windows Media Player 9 Series
Go to Start => Run => Enter the following line:
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection C:\windows\inf\wmp.inf,Uninstall
