Pics arent loading in IE

Im running a 3mb dsl line, but the pics arent loading! no X marks or anything, they just arent showing up. the loading bar at the bottom of IE says (xx items remaining) downloading picture http://xxxxx etc. but its not showing any pictures at all.

K I figured it out - I had like 4-5 "potentially dangerous" processes running in Security Task Manager. Quarantined them.

clear the temp internet and cookies should clear things up.
oh and most important reboot the system...
