Making new gaskets...Fel-Pro??

I need to make a few gaskets for the carb where it attaches to the engine. I have some of this gasket material that I found laying around, and was wondering if it would stand up to the job? I have no idea if its suitable with gas and heat cause it looks like a treated cardboard material and the stock gasket was a rubber one.

Anyone know if you can use this Karropak paper for this?

I don't think that this paper gasket will stand up to the location.

You should buy a replacement gasket

problem is they dont have many parts left for this blower, its almost 20 yrs old and Honda Stopped making the parts for it.
