Are the part number and serial number stamped on the keyboard and the mouse? Are they the same? I need to call in for support and the numbers have worn off of the mouse. I don't have the keyboard in front of me right now so I can't check. If they are I'll just call home and get someone to read it off for me.

You'll need to call from the location where your keyboard/mouse are set up. They usually ask you to do a few things before they'll send you a new set. To answer your question, yes, they're on the bottom. If the info is still legible on your keyboard that should be enough

Argh, I take my mouse with me because I use it with my laptop but I keep the keyboard at home. OK, I'll do it on the weekend when I have a chance.

That's good to know the info is the same on the keyboard though, thanks. :)

It may not be exactly the same info but since they're sold as a set the info on the keyboard should lead them to the mouse as well. I've found they're pretty good to deal with

I'll give them a call and see what they see.

Just an update, Logitech approved my warranty claim with just the serial numbers from the keyboard and charger base. Yay Logitech! :)
