If you want to take the acid edge off spaghetti sauce...just add some honey!

Yep, the sweet cuts the acidity of all the tomato

I've always used a tablespoon of sugar myself ;)

Honey is amazing.

Nothing bacterial can live in honey. You cannot say the same of sugar.

Maybe we should be using this on cuts and scrapes instead of olivera?
