Which system had worst launch?

i was just wondering which system you guys thought had the worst launch...in my time ive only had 2 systems, ps1 and ps2, which went pretty well from what i remember, my dad got our ps2 before christmas and i think it came out in november (only problem was he paid 599 for it)....i doubt we would be able to get a 360 before christmas though...

so with all the trouble finding consoles near the release dates which systems do you think people had the hardest time finding plus which had the most problems?

Trying to get the xbox 360 was the hardest thing to get.

how about the Phantom, has been at E3 the last few yrs and is still vapourware...
Otherwise go with Sega Saturn, surprise launch with no advanced warning & hardly any games available because of the surprise launch!!!
