Blinking Power LED and sometimes no signal to the monitor

My power LED just randomly started blinking today. It usually just stays on, now it's a constant on off on off, and at first it came with a no signal from my monitor, and i'd restart and it'd be fine for a few seconds but still blinking LED and then no signal again. This happened a couple times and now it's just a blinking LED. Any ideas on what's happening?

you made sure every plug is snug and tight.

what is the UPS doing
have a look in Device manager

Check power supply voltages (in BIOS menu) + temps.

Sounds like a hardware problem.

(LED on the actual machine, correct?)
